I thought the whole Death Panel thing was disproved, why is it still coming up?

The Texas Republican Death Panel cut me off Medicaid last year because as an incurable terminally ill man who can't possibly work and has been wheelchair bound since April I make too much money from federal disability (which I payed into all my working days as insurance) to qualify. There are Death Panels. The GOP runs them. Texas Republicans are euthanizing me early to save money and hope Rick Perry runs for president on cutting spending.
