Who could I get in contact with to work with the Romany People?

I have been to Romania before and I am hoping to return when I graduate next year. I have looked into the Peace Corps and am considering it and I have also considered Projects abroad (but they are terribly expensive). I do not need an organizations to babysit me, I really just want to know who i can contact to get into the villages or orphanages.
