Would Obama want to give billions to starving Haitians if they were white?

Wheres the United Nations on this any way...how much of the recovery cash for Haiti have they managed to skim off for them selves.The country has no resources to steel and half the population has aids..and they have always been this way..the leaders of the country take what they want first as the country begs and picks Thur trash.The Churches are the only ones that have supported the country over the years..and they have sponsored people from Haiti and helped them become citizens of America.The world should be helping but Michael Jackson isn't here to sing a song and get the world together to help them...
