Rape in the military?

I haven't read this article but I know for a fact that the military takes rape extremely serious. Even more seriously than civilian rape. The stuff about the rapists being quieted is a myth. My dad was a Lt. Col in the AF and he was stationed in WA. A kid was raped in New Mexico and my dad was flown down to deal with them. Trust me, the rape victim most certainly got justice.
