Are spiders bigger in Romania or india?

Not really. There are big ones and little ones everywhere you're likely to go outside of very cold or very dry places. If you're going to let your fears run your life, then you probably want to stick to working in the high Arctic or Antarctica, up on top of mountains or maybe in Death Valley or the Sahara or such-like. You'll still run into the odd spider, but not as often. Of course, human habitation would be the best sort of living space around, for spiders in those areas.
