Does Hollister hire Romanians?

Hi im Adrian and im 17 and im a guy. I moved from romania like 4 years ago. I'm tall, slim, no acne and quite masculine ( don't mean to brag). The problem is that i have an accent. So will it reduce my chances of getting hired. Also, are there any romanians working for hollister or Abercrombie & Fitch
