How come the UK education system is so poor?

Because kids dont wanna learn,iam a teenager,iam in the top class and we've had 6 diffrent english teachers since september because they've gave up hope on us,the rules are stupid and so kids think they can get away with anything,and they are doing,my life is goin down the drain because of these people.we are disrespectful,and it needs to stop
