I think my teacher likes me!?

kk so I am 14 and in summer school for advanced classes and I have this teacher who is from like Romania or something and he seemed nice at first but when the bell rang I asked him for help w/ a certain problem and he helped me and then I said "so am I doing okay with alegbra or should i get extra help?" and the he gave me this weird look and got his hand and brushed my hair back behing my ear and got close to my ear and whispered "youre are just fine" and I got a little freaked out and said that I had to go and walked of really fast. I didn't think much of it and then I told my friend paige and she said "omg! he was checking you out! i saw him!" which totally creeped me out! Should I tell my principle or am I just being overly dramatic about this?
